               FOR CREDITORS

Part A. Regarding Corporate Insolvency

This part updated 10/12/2009

NOTE:  The book I wrote in 1990-94, "CREDITORS' RIGHTS IN INSOLVENCY IN AUSTRALIA: A PRACTICAL GUIDE", was, as the title suggests, written primarily for creditors.  Although some information about the law is now out-of-date, creditors should find that most of the principles and practical hints contained in the book are still valid and very useful.  Every effort has been made to use simple language and avoid jargon. The extensive Table of Contents lists what the book contains, and from there links will take you to each section in the book.
