Creditors claims

How it works

• You, the external administrator, tell us the name and ACN of the company over which you have been appointed, and the date and nature of your appointment.

• We send you an Informal Proof Form or a Formal Proof of Debt Form ("proof form") to dispatch to creditors.

• Our proof form gives creditors return addresses at our office (postal, fax and email).

• We collect the proof forms and enter particulars on your area of our computer system.

• We report to you on the particulars of the proof forms whenever you ask.

• We send you the proof forms whenever you ask.

• You will, of course, be responsible for checking, assessing, and admitting/rejecting the claims made.

This service can be expanded to include, for example, comparing amounts claimed in proof forms with debts shown in the company's Report as to Affairs.
